Erik Hoffman has sent more information on The Big Mistake (the Slow Swing Jam he hosts on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month) . Erik has been running the session as a jam/class. "If you feel like you got something out of it in the class-like sense, please feel free to contribute $5. If you come and for you it's just a jam, a chance to stretch out a bit, it's free." They are still open to new participants (and apparently getting new ones each time they meet), so contact Erik at <erikthor@aol.com> or (510) 444-4397 if you'd like to participate. Bringing 5 to 10 lead sheets or transcripts of songs you'd like to work on would be much appreciated.
